Q. I was an existing member and I sent in an email do you create my account for me?
A. The emails you sent in was to enable us to verify your existing information you will still need to go online to create your own account.

Q. How do I create an account?
A . In order to register Online please follow these fun and easy steps to create your online account:
Step One: Go to Beausejour Gymnos
Step Two: Click on the Create an account button
Step Three: Fill in all the account information for the head of household (adult guardian) this person would be the person who would make payments; make changes to the account and be the initial contact for the gym on the athlete’s behalf.
Step Four: Click on the Submit & add family members.
Step Five: Fill in all the account information for the athlete (child) please remember to include their Medicare Number and expiry date in the “Medical Alert” field.
Step Six: Click on the Save button

Q. You used to offer Birthday Parties do you still and if so what is the cost, availibility how do I book.
A. Yes, we used to offer Birthday Parties, at this time our programs have grown so much that we need that time to train our athletes. At this time we will not be offering them. If/When we offer them again we will post it to this site. 

Q. Who are considered current members?
A. Members are those althetes (children) who partook in classes in the Fall, Winter and Spring session last season. (Sept. - June)

Q. How does my child join the competitive side of training?
A. Entry into the competitive program is by selection from the recreational program or by transfer from another clubs competitive program.  In all cases, formal evaluation of athletes' potential will be done by a certified evaluator.

Q. When are Evaluations for Competitive Gymnastics held?
A. Evaluations are done when spots become available in the competitive program.  You will be notified if your son or daughter should be evaluated.

Q. Would both my children (who are close in age) be in the same group?
A. Your children may or may not be in the same group but would be in the same time.
 
Q. When is your registration?
A. Please see our website under the Programs button to see when registration will take place.

Q. Do you know what days and times the classes for this age group would be?
A. Please see our website under the Programs button you will see wording that states: Complete Schedule: Season 2011-2012 a blue underlined wording that says "Click here to view" 

Q. Are parents allowed to stay and watch?
A. Yes - parents are allowed to stay and watch from our bleachers section.

Q. Can my child just try it out to see if she/he likes it before I
register?
A. No, this is not possible but you may register and if you decide that
it is not for your child, you may notify us via email, in the first two
weeks of the program you may have a refund on everything except the $25
annual fee.

Q. I checked out your schedule  and it appears that
there are MANY different times to choose from. Can you choose ANY of
these times?
How many classes per week? How many weeks? What is the cost?
A. You may enroll in 1 class on any time of the day or week that is avail.
There are 12 classes in total spanning 12wks. 1 day  a week for 1 hour
for preschool and development; 45mins classes for Parent and Tot; 2hr
classes for Advanced Development.

Q. Are classes bilingual?
A. Yes all our classes are bilingual.

Q. Do I have to advise my child's coach which badge level they are in?
A. No, this is not necessary. Our internal system tracks
their report card progressions.

Q. When is registration?
A. Registration for non-members (children were not in classes last year)
is on August 29.
