National "I Love Gymnastics Week"
Feb. 8th - 14th

National Gymnastics Week celebrates the positive benefits of gymnastics in all its forms: trampoline & tumbling, acrobatic, aerobic, rhythmic, artistic and gymnastics for all.
  
Monday
Feb. 9th     Yellow, White and Blue Day!!
~  Wear your Beausejour Gymnos clothing to school today!!
~  Tracksuits, hoodies, t-shirts, hats, etc.
~  Don’t have Beausejour clothing ?  Wear yellow, white, and blue !  Or stop by the store to pick-up your Gymnos clothing!
     
 
Thursday
Feb. 12th     “Moving Together”
~   Show your love for gymnastics!
~   Gymnasts throughout Canada will gather in their clubs and do a simultaneous handstand!
~   Everyone is welcome!
~   Meet us at the club at 7:30 to register for this unique event !
~   At 8pm sharp, all participants will simultaneously do a handstand!
~   Afterwards, the children can enjoy a “freezie” on us!
     
 
Saturday
Feb. 14th     Miramichi “I Love Gymnastics” Meet
~   Competitive athletes will participate in the 2nd NB Gymnastics competition of the year! 
~   Good luck to all!
~  Please note: Many of the regular Saturday coaches will be participating at this meet – therefore groups will have replacement coaches.  We appreciate your understanding and support of our athletes!
      
 
Sunday
Feb. 15th     Coloring / Design Contest Deadline
~   During the week of Feb. 2nd – 8th recreational gymnasts will receive a gymnastics coloring page, and competitive gymnasts will receive a writing activity to complete.
~   Be creative and show us your best work! 
~   All turned in pieces will go into a draw for a Valentine’s Day treat!  We will have 5 draws:
                         Preschoolers                                      Competitive age 5 - 9
                         Developmental age 5-9                        Competitive age 10 +
                         Developmental age 10 +
